For new brands

Start your clothing brand

You bring the idea; we print it, label it and bag it, ready to sell. Start with one sample, then a first run of any size. Before you spend a dollar, see what a run costs, what each piece leaves you before your other costs, and how many sales pay the run back.

  1. 1

    Get a sample

Hold it before you buy a run. One shirt, printed with DTF, no minimum and no setup. Order transfers by size or add a single piece in the studio.

  2. 2

    Pick a blank people keep

Retail-soft tees and heavyweight hoodies feel like the brands your customers already wear. Cheap blanks are why merch ends up in a drawer.

  3. 3

    Print it the right way

For a two-color shirt like the calculator's first example, screen printing costs less per shirt from about 72 pieces, and lasts the longest; below that, DTF does, with no screens to make. DTF also prints photos and gradients. The calculator works it out for your shirt.

  4. 4

    Make it a brand

Your label printed inside the neck (and the supplier's tag removed), each piece folded and bagged, hang tags attached. It arrives ready to ship to your customers.

  5. 5

    Reorder in a minute

Your art, colors and screens are kept on file, so the next run is the same run, only faster.

Questions new brands ask

What's the smallest run?

There's no minimum: one sample or a run of 6 is fine, printed by DTF. Screen printing pays off on bigger runs (from about 72 pieces for the calculator's first example), because its screens are made once for the whole run.

Can I mix sizes and colors?

Mix sizes freely: the price counts every piece of the design. Each shirt color is its own line, since a dark shirt needs a white base under the ink.

Who owns the design?

You do. We keep your files only to reprint your orders, and we never sell your designs or print them for anyone else.

How long does a run take?

About 7 business days for screen printing after you approve the proof, 3 for DTF. Rush is available, priced by how fast.

What do labels and bagging cost?

Printed neck labels are $1.50 a piece plus $25.00 once; folding and bagging is $0.50 a piece; hang tags $0.50 a piece.
