The standard price includes the Council or Assembly Name, Number, City and State as shown in the sample.

Adding an Establishment Date is an additional $20.00.

Additional artwork, logos, wording, not included in the standard design may require an additional charge. We will contact you for approval before production if additional charges apply.

Because this is a personalized product, orders cannot be returned or exchanged due to customer-submitted spelling or information errors.
